Hormone Analysis
They are blood tests to understand the ovarian capacity of the woman in order to investigate the reason of infertility in women with menstrual irregularity.
Hysteroscopy
It is the examination of the uterus with a magnifying optic camera system when a problem is suspected in the uterus in cases of recurrent miscarriage or IVF failures.
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
It is the procedure of injecting sperms selected during the washing step into the uterus with the help of a cannula. Before the procedure, women egg should be developed and triggered by a last shot for ovulation.
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
After the stimulation with hormone medications, eggs are retrieved and fertilized with the sperm taken and fertilization is performed in the laboratory environment. Then, the laboratory stage ends up with embryo transfer. The treatment takes around 15–17 days.
Microinjection (ICSI)
Sperm is injected into the egg under the microscope. It is a special form of IVF. ICSI is performed using very powerful microscopes and micromanipulators. The embryologist holds an egg with a thin pipette and delivers the sperm into the egg with a needle seven times thinner than a human hair. Fertilization with the ICSI method is about 80% for each injected egg.
Testicular Sperm Extraction (Micro TESE)
Micro TESE is a surgical method used for harvesting sperms in men who do not have sperm cells in their semen. Sperm is searched in the tissue taken from the testicles of the patient with a microscopic operation. It is a painless procedure performed under anesthesia.
Embryo Freezing (Vitrification)
It is the procedure of freezing the remained good-quality embryos, after the embryo transfer procedure for later transfer. If needed, these embryos can be thawed and used in later trials.
Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis
It is the process of genetically examining and selecting normal embryos to be placed in the uterus. The whole chromosome analysis determines whether all 46 chromosomes are numerically normal. The transfer of normal embryos increases pregnancy rates and reduces the risk of miscarriage.
Egg Freezing
Cancer treatment damage ovaries and testicles in women and men, respectively. After treatment, egg development may decrease or disappear. Eggs can be frozen before the treatment and in vitro fertilization can be performed with these eggs during the disease-free period. Women approaching menopause can also freeze eggs.
Sperm Freezing
Sperm freezing is recommended for patients diagnosed with cancer before chemotherapy to enable the use of these undamaged sperm cells after the treatment.
Sperm are stored in liquid nitrogen in special tanks. In this way, sperm samples can be stored for years without undergoing degeneration.
EmbryoScope
With the monitoring system called EmbryoScope, embryos are easily monitored without the need to take the out of the device. The most important feature of this device is that it can monitor the development of the embryo 24/7 and detect abnormalities in their growth rates. Thus, the probability of pregnancy can be further increased by choosing the healthiest embryo.
Serum Therapy
It balances the immune system of the candidate mother and increases the chance of pregnancy in IVF patients with more than one treatment failure. Serum therapy starts on the day of the embryo transfer. It is repeated every two weeks. The therapy ends when a heartbeat is detected. The drug is administered intravenously as a serum.
Fertichip
It is a method used in sperm selection and improves fertilization. The microchip method allows for discriminating healthy sperms from unhealthy ones. Embryos developed with healthy sperms increase the chance of establishing a pregnancy.
Advanced Labs
Our Embryology Laboratory
The IVF laboratory is where the egg and sperm meet, and fertilization and cell divisions take place.
Embryology laboratory is the most important factor in ensuring high pregnancy rates. Our embryology laboratory is equipped with the latest devices with cutting-edge technology developed in the world. Here, the aim is to provide similar environment to sperm and egg cells as it is in the body.
Our Andrology Laboratory
Male infertility is the cause of infertility in half of the couples who are trying to conceive. Therefore, the sperm test is very important in determining this factor. The type of treatment performed depends on the result of the sperm test. Hence, sperm tests should be done with extreme care and by experts.
Our Cryo Lab
Developments in freezing technology allow us to offer a highly successful cryo program.
After taking patient consent, remained embryos after IVF treatment could be frozen and stored for future embryo transfers. Cryopreserved embryos are thawed and transferred as needed. During this thawing process, 99% of the embryos remain viable.
In case of medical necessity, sperm and egg cells can be frozen. In particular, freezing the cells of patients treated for cancer allows them to preserve their chance of reproduction in the future.
